A step up from our standard photography, this high end photography product:

Aerial Imaging

  • 30 Seconds of Simple Aerial Video – $100 (+ tax)
  • 2 Minute Aerial Video – $250 (+ tax)

Matterport 3D Property Models

Pricing is based on the total square footage of the listing property and includes hosting for 1 year. Matterport cameras are used for the creation of Matterport 3D Models.  Sales tax will be added for this item in the shopping cart.

  • Up to 2500 Sqr Ft = $175
  • 2501 – 4000 Sqr Ft = $225
  • 4001 – 6000 Sqr Ft = $300
  • 6001 – 8000 Sqr Ft = $375
  • Over 8000 – Call for Quote

Video Services

Dream Home Media offers a variety of video projects, from silent short clips perfect for creating custom social media reels to fully cinematic, branded videos set to royalty free music.  Add aerial footage of the property for different perspective. Sales tax will be added for this item in the shopping cart.

Please Note:  Turn-around time for cinematic video is 72 hours from end of the videography appointment.

Cinematic Listing Videos

Less than 4000 SF:  $450
4000+ SF:  $650
8000+ SF:  $850

Includes the following:

  • Cinematic listing video (interior & exterior) including exterior aerial drone footage (FAA restrictions apply). 
  • Customized music and graphics
  • Editing Time: 3 days
  • THREE versions of the listing video (full video, IG teaser, & unbranded video for MLS).
 

Add-On Services +

Any of the following services can be added to the base Cinematic Listing video.
  • Add-On Twilight/Dusk Video – $200
  • Add-On Agent On Camera Intro / Outro – $100
  • Add-On Agent On Camera House Tour – $300
  • Add-On Community Preview $250 | $50 to edit past community shoots into video
