As a real estate photographer, I never know what a house will look like on the inside until I arrive to photograph it.  Broad Ripple is one of my favorite neighborhoods to photograph.  Its historic homes and trendy shops make for a swanky and stylish subculture of Indianapolis. This little Broad Ripple bungalow did not disappoint. It is packed full of charming features and plenty of fun upgrades.  From original hardwood floors, to an egress window in the basement bedroom, it also ranks high on livability.  With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a finished basement and a fenced yard, this sweet pad would be perfect for the first time home buyer or small family.  I certainly enjoyed exploring it with my camera.  Contact the listing agent, Kathleen Playford, to schedule a showing.
